Have you wondered if it is true that at one time a storm washed coffins from the Hardyville cemetery down a bluff onto Highway 95 in front of Safeway?
Learn the real facts about this incident and more from museum volunteer Vicki Salyer when she speaks about the history of the old Hardyville Cemetery and those buried there on Saturday, November 9, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. at the Colorado River Museum. The cemetery dates to the 1860s and is the last remaining remnant of any consequence of the town of Hardyville.
Come early. Seating may be limited.
Shown is a group from the museum at the cemetery earlier this year on a tour around Bullhead City led by museum volunteer Mary Ragusa.
