SUMMARY:Historical Walk Through the History of Bullhead City
DESCRIPTION:This event\, put on by the Colorado River Historical Society Museum with help from DAR (Daughters of the American Revolution)\, is part of a city wide celebration of the 250th birthday of this great country – America! \nThis historic walk will include at least 10 exhibits showcasing significant events around the TriState area where Arizona\, Nevada and California come together\, that shaped what is now Bullhead City. There will be lots of information\, games\, displays and fun to be had by all. \nIn addition\, there will also be 2 performances of the “Signing of the Declaration of Independence” put on be DAR in the McCormick Performing Arts Pavilion. \n

DESCRIPTION:The Walking Box Ranch was purchased by Rex Bell in May 1931. Bell and his wife Clara Bow\, both Hollywood Film Stars\, lived at the ranch with their family until the Mid 1940’s. \nThe Ranch is Private Property and Only Accessible for Special Tours \nWe Will Meet At The Ranch At 10:00am (NV time) \nSpace is limited. Must Sign Up In Advance. \nWalking Box Ranch is located 7 miles West of Searchlight\, Nevada. From Searchlight\, head west of Route 164 for 7 miles\, turn left onto Walking Box Ranch Road and travel South for 0.8 miles.
